About Coziwow

Coziwow is a pet living brand built around one idea: every pet deserves a "wow" home. Founded by pet enthusiasts and operated by Jaxpety Corp in Ontario, California, the company designs enclosures, houses, and furniture that look good in a home or backyard while keeping animals safe and comfortable. Catios and outdoor cat enclosures are the heart of the lineup, but the range also covers dog kennels and ramps, rabbit hutches, chicken coops, hamster cages, bird perches, tortoise enclosures, and other small-animal supplies. The brand pays attention to materials and style, using woods like radiata pine and natural pine, galvanized wire mesh, and coordinated color tones so products blend with existing decor. Its stated goal is to support rest, play, and a closer bond between pets and their owners.

Customer Experience

Shopping at Coziwow is organized by pet type, so it is easy to jump straight to cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, hamsters, or birds. Product pages show sizes in the name, and the brand's FAQ encourages buyers to match dimensions to a pet's habits and size before ordering. Orders ship from US stock, and the site promotes free delivery in about two to four days. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are asked to email support within seven days with photos. Beyond the store, the blog and video library give practical help with setup, cleaning, and pet care, which is useful for first-time buyers of larger enclosures.

Trust & Transparency

Coziwow lists its company name, street address, phone number, and separate email contacts for customer service and partnerships. The return policy is detailed: 90 days from delivery for eligible items in resalable condition with original packaging, refunds issued to the original payment method within three business days of inspection, and free return shipping for verified damage or defects. The warranty is a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use. It excludes pet damage, misuse, improper assembly, and commercial use. Clearance, customized, and final sale items may not be returnable, and assembled products are not eligible for non-quality-related returns.

Real-World Perspective

Experience The brand's catio and enclosure range shows a clear understanding of how pet owners actually live. Weatherproofing guidance, placement guides, and cleaning articles suggest products are meant for everyday use in backyards, balconies, and living rooms, not just for display. Short product videos help buyers picture size and setup before they commit.

Expertise Coziwow describes itself as a brand founded by pet enthusiasts and focuses on specifics: which woods and meshes are used, how dimensions should match a pet's size and habits, and how different species need different spaces. Its blog covers topics like bedding for chicken coops and enrichment for rabbits, which reflects hands-on pet care knowledge.

Authoritativeness The company says it has served more than 100,000 pet parents, runs an active presence across major social platforms, and operates affiliate, creator, referral, and bulk-order programs. It also offers a verified discount for military personnel and first responders.

Trustworthiness Policies for returns, shipping, privacy, terms, and payment security are published on the site. Contact details are easy to find, and the warranty and its exclusions are spelled out plainly rather than buried in fine print.
